Senior Luncheons with Engaging Speakers and Performances
At First Pres., our
Senior Ministry seeks to engage members spiritually, emotionally and intellectually. Our
Ministry for Seniors (MFS) meets on the first or second Thursday every six to eight weeks for a time of food, fellowship, and entertainment or education through hearing various performers or speakers. Previous programs have included a seminar from Author Margaret Brownley, a presentation on Pastor Bill’s trip to Egypt, musical presentations from the Chansonnets, a women’s chorus group and from pianist Paul Chipello, and informational presentations on various world religions.
