Care & Support - Cancer Support Group

CancerConnect is a support group at First Pres. for those who have been or are now affected by cancer either personally, or through a family member or friend.

CancerConnect follows Christ’s calling to support and uplift one another in the body of Christ, and to facilitate connection amongst members through fellowship, through a deepening of faith during trials, and through the presence and power of the Holy Spirit as the Great Comforter. Our hope and faith in the midst of facing the journey through cancer is the fulfilling presence and power of God, and the support of one another. All who have been impacted in some way by cancer are welcome to attend our meetings of fellowship and support.
